“I need a streaming PC on the cheap. I won't be using this PC to play games on just to stream from. I play on Xbox since all of my family plays on it. Would it be able to do 720p 30fps stream? I already have a capture card.”

Since you are doing 720p, this machine is very capable of streaming. That being said should you decide to game using this pc, i would recommend something else as the graphics card is quite bad.
