• find a better brand and forget this one. Realize it doesn't have expanded memory, runs shared video m3emory, has trouble interfacing with internationally accepted quality software, no DVD/CD player, etc. etc. etc. Leave it alone.

• I always compare specifications and power , speed and storage as well as the quality of display . how much I am willing to spend on what I want to get and decide. Not so much brand oriented.

• I purchased it in the store but I've made on line purchases too from Best Buy. We buy all of our electronics from them. Very helpful staff and Geek Squad is the best.
