Is this Better that the intel pentium D ? null

Short answer "yes". There are thousands of different processors on systems. To get an idea of your performance, compare processors at CPU benchmarks.net. You should find a value system low on the hi end chart or top of the mid range chart. Also probably at least S important is system memory. Absolute minimum or 4Gb, 8 good, 12 great. Gamers should look a video processor. Also lots of systems are beginning to offer SSD hard drives... another performance boost!
