• It has one slot. Max memory is 16GB (so you'll have to throw out the 4GB card in there and get a new full 16GB card).

• Please note, this model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM this system can support is 8GB. So a certified technician can add more RAM to this device. There is one RAM slot within this configuration.
