If your asking is this a good laptop for them. I would say this is a good laptop for anybody. However, I would have to say if you are looking for a laptop that is just for email, internet, and printing a few emails you are probably spending quite a bit of money for a very nice laptop for your parents. Buy them something less complicated. Though this is a nice brand a chromebook might be a lot less complicated. Just my opinion.
