One notable omission is that it does not come with software to view DVDs, which is understandable since it does not have an internal DVD player. If you purchase an external DVD player note that you will need to also purchase software to watch movies. Overall, I liked the fact it did not come with an overload of programs that I would never use and ultimately would ave to purge from the system.
