“Why does this say "free shipping" and then proceed to say "store pick-up only"?? This is not the first time that's happened. I go to buy something, and it says I need to find it at a store. Only, it won't tell me what stores it is available at!! That's frustrating.”

• Because that is a corporate statement. Like most of which have covenants.
