“I have the option to turn on and off Dolby but no manual mode to adjust settings. Is there an app or add on that can be installed to fix this annoying audio quality?”

• There should be pre-set adjustments to the Dolby Equalizer as well as on and off. Take another look in your Dolby "settings".
