• It comes with 4GB of RAM memory and 3 MB for chache memory. RAM and cache are two different kinds of memory.

• 4GB RAM. The #MB is the CPU cache memory, nothing to do with the 4GB RAM memory

• 4GB RAM memory. That's what most people refer to when they are comparing machines. The 3MB number is a cache size that is integral to the CPU core itself, not normally something a casual user will concern themselves with unless they're building a gaming rig or something with specific performance requirements.
