“OK does windows 10 home does not have windows media player? for me to play a movie from a commercial DVD or if I have an external Hard Drive where I have a number of movies recorded. Thanks”

• You are correct. There is no pre-installed media player on Windows 10 Home. You can buy Microsoft's media player or a third-party player, then you will be able to play commercial DVD movies on your computer.
