Yes, this Lenovo PC has the standard audio connections for: speakers (green), line in(blue) and a microphone (pink). As long as your keyboard, mouse and printer use USB for the connection, they will work. There are two USB ports on the back side and four USB ports on the front behind the panel door. You may need to connect one of the three to a front USB which would mean that the front panel would then not close. Would have been better to have more USB ports on the back and just a couple on the front. I solved the problem by adding a USB hub, plugging it into one of the back ports and placed it on the top back of the pc case. That gave me more than enough USB connections and I do not have to leave the front panel open, looks better when closed.

If you choose to replace the keyboard and mouse, the replacements will have to connect via USB and be compatible with Windows 10. Same with the printer, it will need to be compatible with Windows 10 and either be wireless or connect via USB. You will need to install Windows 10 drivers for the printer to this computer and pair the computer and the printer per the printer manufacturer's instructions.
