I have an HP printer and it is compatible as soon as you enter it in the printer drive-I had no problem. I do have a wireless mouse and just needed to put into port, works great. However I did not have a wireless keyboard, but I would assume it works the same way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse and HP printer are all compatible with Windows 10, yes, you will be able to use them with this system. Your monitor will need either a VGA or HDMI connector to be compatible with this system's configuration. We recommend you check with the manufacturer's of each of the other peripherals you mention to be sure they are compatible with Windows 10. You may need to install Windows 10 drivers for the peripherals on to this device.
