The system should wake up by tapping the keyboard or moving the mouse. It sounds like you may have set the system to hibernate rather than sleep. Check your settings in your control panel/power settings. If you do have the system properly set for sleep, then it could be that you have a driver that needs to be updated. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Please try again later.To turn it on just change port selection to match USB port Lenovo device is in and then with your wireless keyboard you can control the cursor on your tv screen, no need to turn on and off, just change port selection to match where you have Lenovo device plugged in
