• You can use the Windows 10 S-Mode Operating System within the Lenovo IdeaPad 1-14 to make internet video conference calls with APPs like Skype. This model does ships with Windows Defender installed as part of Windows 10 S-Mode Operating System.

• Depends on the program you want to use. Would work with Google Voice. Windows Defender is a part of Windows 10. Windows firewall Antivirus protection is part of Windows Defender. This has Windows 10. Figure it out.
