Why doesn't my USB-c support the docking station ? null

Hello, Su. Thank you for your question. This may be due to the fact that this model IdeaPad features a USB-C 3.2 port that supports data transfer only. If you are trying to use a docking station to display video, this may be your hang up.

The USB-C port on this laptop does not support Alt-DP so external displays are not supported via the USB-C port.

The problem could be with the port, OR with the cables. Not all USB cables support all USB functions.
