• Office 365 is cloud based. The program is installed on your computer, but you have to log in. I can log into my 365 from my brother's computer or from anyone's device that has 365. You don't have to uninstall to use on another computer.

• I'm not sure but I've tried it on other softwares before/ think as long as you're logged in to that email you should be able to install the download
