• When we bought it a month ago, it came with Office 2013. We have not installed 365, although it comes with that option.

• I've installed Office 2013 on mine so 2010 should be no problem. I opted for the larger (512) SSD to allow installation of Office, Adobe Suite, and others. Handles it all just fine!
