Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.One year parts and labor, with mail in to Lenovo. You can purchase extended service contracts from either Best Buy or Lenovo. In my experience, if a computer has a problem, it will show up during the first week of regular use. When I get a new computer, I leave it plugged in and running 24 hours a day for the first week, and I use it every day. If a problem occurs the first week, Best Buy will exchange it or give you a refund.
