Would this be a good laptop to use in college? null

I would think at the college level you may want something with greater functionality and a bit faster. It is very light and thin for toting around, though.

This is an entry-level computer. It is good for Microsoft Office projects, online research, email and social networking. If this is the type of work the student will be doing, then yes it will.
