• Most laptops come with a one year warranty. Don’t know if tech support is covered under that or not

• There is a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty that covers OEM (original build) issues. It does not cover software issues like virus issues. The limited manufacturer's warranty is valid in North America only.

• You will have no support and only a 90 day hardware warranty that covers defects but not accidental damage from handling, which is most damage. Do yourself a favor and get the Geek Squad protection.
