You can use a standard Micro-SD card within this device. Windows 10 Home 32-bit can accommodate up to 256GB capacity
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same Lenovo Laptop. The microSD cards are to the best of my knowledge standard. I can't see where you'd have any trouble using one purchased anywhere that is BLANK. Capacity depends upon what you purchase. The formats you can use are dependent upon what programs you use on the laptop if I'm understanding your question properly. IF a programs stores data as a .pdf, that's the form it will be in on your storage drive. IF it's a .jpg that's what you will get and as long as you use the compatible software to open and access your data in the format you've saved it in you are going to be perfectly fine! No worries. So in a sense the drive will store ANY format, it's universal.
