  • QuestionPer some reviews and questions, I read that this laptop has an internal fan. Does the fan make loud noises when cooling? I thought SSD drive's were quiet. Any feedback is appreciated.

    • Answer I've had my Lenovo Ideapad 3 15 for about a month, and I have not heard the fan come on until today. It is very quiet and only stayed on for about a minute while downloading some software. Otherwise, the laptop is completely silent. So far, I have been very pleased with it.

  • QuestionJust bought this laptop today. The battery had no charge in it upon opening a brand new, sealed box. MFG date 4/21/21. I am just curious to know if others encountered the same thing. We found this unusual. Expected some charge. We plugged in to charge.
