• Yes, the RAM can be upgraded. I took mine to the Geek Squad at my local Best Buy and they installed 8GB additional RAM in less than an hour. HOWEVER, BE WARNED!!!! They installed a PNY chip and I am having to take it back and pull the chip out because it is causing my computer crash every few minutes. I don't know if it is a faulty chip, something about the PNY chip or something else. I have an appointment in a few days to get it fixed, repaired or removed.
