QuestionWhat's the battery life?

- Answer I only tried gaming off the battery once because I know that's not great for performance. I got about an hour of Honkai Star Rail. For non-gaming, I got about 4 hours just running discord, notion, and occasionally chrome. Keyboard backlight is off but screen is full brightness. I didn't tweak any of the battery-only power saving settings, so I could probably get longer out of it if I did that. You can set the power saving settings for plugged in and battery separately.

QuestionIs there an Eclipse Black version of the Legion Pro 7i laptop with the same specs for the same price?

Questionif i buy the legion 7i and then take it back to my native country india, am i going to be good with the service and all there? as i think 7i didnt launch in india yet and i dont think there is any plan of launching, so pls confirm if am good if it take it

- Answer Hey vira, While the device is covered by Internation Warranty Services, if the Legion 7i (16, 10th gen) is not offered in India, components may not be readily available to service the device should you run into any issues. QuestionCan the 10th gen Pro 5i or 7i be charged over USB-C? I assume the included charger would be best for gaming, but it would be convenient to have USB-C charging at 65w or 100w available as a back up if I find myself without the included charger. Thanks!

- Answer Hey John, Yes, you can use the system's USB-C port, as it supports USB PD (65-100W). As a note, when not gaming, but you wish to use the USB-C charger on the go -- we recommend using the system's MUX switch configurable in Lenovo Vantage under Gaming Settings to select the GPU working mode to use the system's iGPU to reduce power draw. This will increase charging speeds and reduce the likelihood of the system drawing more battery power than it can replenish. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!

Alternatively, since Thunderbolt 4 is inherently widely compatible, the choice is yours as to what you would prefer in a docking station solution, so long as it offers the port selection you would like for the docking station to feature. QuestionHi, in my last question regarding vram I was told the device "supports adjustable system VRAM"; can you go a bit in detail on what that means? Am I able to increase the vram to 12 gb without purchasing a new gpu? What would be the cost of that?

- Answer Put higher RAM into the machine. I have 64gb and have allocated 24gb of vram to the gpu through the BIOS. Have not seen any affected performance and everything ive thrown at it, like Cyberpunk 2077, Tomb Raider, etc runs buttery smooth.
