This is a Handheld pc. The only thing you can do with a PSN account is use it to connect your game for example Helldivers 2. Another thing you can do is download the PlayStation app if you have PS+ Premium to do cloud gaming on it. I would not recommend this if you don't like Xbox lol. You can also get pc game pass but it uses a Microsoft account like Xbox accounts.

Playstation account may be needed for ported PS games such as Horizon, God of War, etc, but neither a Playstation account or Xbox account are necessary for this handheld. It's a PC.
