My gpu card only says GeForce rtx 3060. There is nothing else on it besides the serial number, unless there is labeling on the motherboard side. I haven’t unplugged it so I wouldn’t know. It is a two fan model. My guess would be that it is was purchased directly from nvidia by lenovo.
