QuestionWhy does the pc not start up when I press the power button until I unplug it, hold power button for 30-60 sec, and plug it back in then it starts. I had to do this everytime to start it up and I only had it for 1 day, its very frustrating.

- Answer Hey T, We're sorry to hear that you've run into trouble with your Legion Tower 5i. At first, this seems to be a firmware or BIOS issue given what you've shared. To try to resolve this, we recommend checking for these kinds of updates via the Legion Space app. You can do so by opening Legion Space, then on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well. - Answer Hey Colby, We're sorry to hear that this was the case for you. This could be due to a number of reasons, including a mishandled Windows update. Is your computer still at a black screen despite being powered on? If so, please try the following immediate troubleshooting steps: 1. Hard Power Cycle: Unplug the power cable, hold the power button for 30 to 60 seconds, plug it back in, and turn it on. 2. Graphics Driver Reset: Press Windows Key + Ctrl + Shift + B simultaneously. You might hear a beep and the screen should refresh. 3. External Monitor Check: Plug an external monitor or TV into the HDMI port to check if the issue is with the display or the PC itself. 4. Keyboard Shortcut: If you see nothing, try holding Fn+B and pressing the power button simultaneously, which may force a display driver reset. - Answer Yes the ddr5 32gb of ram will help you and 1 Th of Nvme should be enough but you could upgrade to 2 Tb if your doing tons of work

- Answer Hey Jimbo12111, We recommend checking if your system memory is running at 5600. If this isn't the case, please open the Legion Space app and apply all available updates, including the latest BIOS update that was pushed through. After the update is applied, enter the BIOS again and you should see the option to enable XMP. If this isn't the case, please let us know immediately so that we can escalate the issue. - Answer All motherboards have a cpu (A chip) this pc uses an Intel ultra so that means you could only replace the cpu that uses motherboard and but if you want a different processor (cpu) that’s not ultra than you need to change the motherboard to the cpu you want you also need to know the size of the pc case because if your motherboard is too big it won’t fit in properly
