I would recommend buying a discrete graphics card. If you don't want to play all games at 1080p at anything but low graphics settings is to buy a r7 250 2gb graphic card for under 100 dollars. You could also buy a 1030 2gb from nvidia for around the same performance. If you want something more powerful I would get a 2gb 1050 or a 1050ti 4gb from nvidia. For your games (sims and Planet Coaster) It might be able to run off the integrated graphics but I am uncertain.
