Q: QuestionI purchased this above product. I have monitor. I can't figure out how to start wifi. Ethernet cord I have. But I don't have plug of Ethernet in the wall in the room. I have in another room. I have Xfinity internet, how can connect internet in computer?

• A:Answer This model does not have built in WiFi. Internet connectivity is via ethernet cable only. You can use a USB WiFi adapter/receiver with this model to make the computer WiFi capable, if you do not have access to an ethernet source. There are many varieties of USB WiFi adapter/receivers available. Q: QuestionI am seeing a message to "Activate Windows" but when I try it doesn't activate and asking me to go Microsoft store and purchase a windows license. Can you clarify why it doesn't have genuine windows OS installed on this PC?
