“will this run the game iracing? I attached a photo of the games minimum requirements. If this does not meet them requirement or better can you let me no what i will have to change in this computer if I bought it to make it able to run that game”

I don't see the photo, but games should run good on it. You should buy a better GPU like a GT 1030 to get some games at acceptable fps if you have problems.
