“Touch screen doesn't work well. I own an 11 inch Lenovo Chromebook that works well, so I bought a new 14 inch. But the new one has a different type of screen and it doesn't seem to recognize what I'm selecting. Anyone have this problem?”

If your touchscreen isn't working on your Chromebook, try these steps. ... Wipe off any dust or dirt on your touchscreen. Reset your Chromebook hardware. Reset your Chromebook to factory settings.
