Sure The tablet runs on the Android operating system, so as long as your insurance app runs on Android you should be fine. You will want a decent protective case if you are handing it over to clients, so that may be a challenge if you also plan to use the dock.

If that software supports Android 8 or 9, then you stand a reasonable chance that it would work. If it requires Apple's operating system, then it's a hard no. Any tablet can handle the aspect in hardware of accepting Pen inputs (for example; signatures). That again is a feature that your insurance software must supply to you. Android can support excel. I have it on my phone, and my phone is android. You could also use Google docs version of a spreadsheet called *sheets". In general, if it runs on an android phone, it can most likely run on this tablet.
