NO it is not compatible. The USB-C port on the phone does not connect the USB connection in the VR headset.

Please find the updated list of phones at jedichallenges.com/compatibility. It is not compatible with a PC at this time. You do not need to be connected to the internet for the game to function, only when you first set it up.
