“Can the phone have its case on while in the headset?? Afraid the the headset with scratch up and destroy the phone”

• It is necessary to remove the case from the phone before inserting into the tray. There is nothing in the tray that holds the phone with any abrasives on it.

• No the case needs to be off. Holder for phone will not scratch phone.
