“Fast Startup” being on causes Windows to do a “hybrid shutdown”, rather than a full shutdown. From “Windows Ten Forums”: Yep, if you're running only on battery, then Fast Startup may not be the best option for battery life since the PC doesn't do a full shutdown. Fast startup (aka: hybrid boot or hybrid shutdown) is turned on by default in Windows and is a setting that helps your PC start up faster after shutdown. Windows does this by saving system info to a file (hiberfil.sys) upon shutdown so when you start your PC again, Windows uses that system info to resume your PC instead of restarting it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no battery retains a charge at full capacity it is always disipating its charge, 3% isnt bad I dont know if the battery blocks a charge at full but if it doesnt 3% would be expected in my opinion for around 10-15 hours
