“When will this model be available in Canada? I am very interested in this laptop but I cannot find this model anywhere on either Lenovo, Best Buy, or CDW web site in Canada. I would buy in the US but with our low dollar and getting dinged for both US and Canadian sales taxes it makes it cost prohibitive. When will this be available from a Canadian vendor, and/or is there any way I can get this model shipped directly to Canada so I can avoid American sales tax?”

20FY0002US is the model number. It doesn't pull up on the Lenovo website because this particular model is only at Best Buy. I have no idea about the other part of your question. My only thoughts would to be to find it on eBay. Then you would only have to pay the shipping to Canada. Best Buy has an eBay store but I've never bought anything from it. I would assume that they would charge additional taxes though it as well... I wish that I could be more help.

Recently (late December) the Thinkpad Yoga 260, the smaller sibling of this model, has appeared on both the Canadian and American Lenovo websites. It's not as powerful but appears to be around the same price.
