- Answer I looked for one and never saw it. Lenovo doesn't even carry this same model. It is exclusive to BB. There wasn't any way to build it either.

QuestionWiFi and Charger in Europe, ShippingIs it posible to use charger in 230 V, 50 Hz power grid? Is it posible to use wifi in Europe, even though there are differences in regulations for band count, transmission time, transmitted power ? Could you ship the product to europe? Thank you.

- Answer Virtually any modern devices run on 110-240 50/60 Hz. Especially laptops, after all they are designed to travel. There is only a wireless connection for the internet. This is universal unless you are restricted to a dial up phone modem system, you should have no problem. A Product intended to be sold only in the US can only be shipped to another country by a purchaser in the US. Equivalent products should be available at stores in Europe, and beyond.

QuestionDoes your laptop make a noise?Sometimes after use my laptop will start to make a light squeal or high pitch noise, I can hear the fan come on sometimes as well but that is pretty quiet, so I am trying to figure out if this is a defect, any ideas?

- Answer no, I haven't had this issue and no offense, I hope I don't. Have you tried using a spray can of Air to blow the dust out? Or, there is a way this laptop can clean it's own fan...read about it in Lenovo Companion.

QuestionHow much light bleed are you getting on this display?I am getting two areas of bleed in laptop mode on the right top and bottom corner. The areas are over an inch in size and depending on brightness fairly noticeable on the black background. Before I go through a return/RMA I was wondering if I got a lemon or if this is common. QuestionWhen will this model be available in Canada?I am very interested in this laptop but I cannot find this model anywhere on either Lenovo, Best Buy, or CDW web site in Canada. I would buy in the US but with our low dollar and getting dinged for both US and Canadian sales taxes it makes it cost prohibitive. When will this be available from a Canadian vendor, and/or is there any way I can get this model shipped directly to Canada so I can avoid American sales tax?

- Answer 20FY0002US is the model number. It doesn't pull up on the Lenovo website because this particular model is only at Best Buy. I have no idea about the other part of your question. My only thoughts would to be to find it on eBay. Then you would only have to pay the shipping to Canada. Best Buy has an eBay store but I've never bought anything from it. I would assume that they would charge additional taxes though it as well... I wish that I could be more help.
