“Can this be upgraded to get bit locker? Do you simply upgrade to Windows10Pro to get bit locker? My company says bit locker would need to be reconfigured for company use. Would this be a problem? Also if I buy this on the internet can I get Geek Squad? If so, does Geek Squad provide full support? For how long?”

You can upgrade this system's operating system to Windows 10 Pro with the purchase of the upgrade software. If you buy this system from Best Buy, you can purchase Geek Squad protection. Check with Best Buy for the length of coverage and what service is provided.
