- Answer No, this considered to be a Microsoft Teams phone. It only works with Teams, and is actually managed through your administrator's Microsoft Teams Admin Console, believe it or not.

- Answer The ThinkSmart View does not have an internal battery. It needs to be plugged in with the included AC power cord to function.

- Answer No. This only works with Microsoft Teams -- and only with a work/school account, not a personal account.

- Answer You must have a corporate or school Microsoft account. Free "personal" Microsoft Teams accounts will not work on this device. The device itself works independently of any computer.
