Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can but you will be plague by glitches since Lenovo does not make drivers. You will be limited to what microsoft provides in terms of updates and drivers. You are better off sticking with Windows 8.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't know about installing win7. But I installed Class Shell, which gives the Win7 look and feel. Plus it list Win8 Start Screen in the Start menu. Works great for me.
