• I think mine came with Windows 10 out of the box. The set up takes a little while and you need an internet connection. If it came with 8, I didn't see it. Once the set up was done, I was on Windows 10.

• This particular one is windows 10. They have a windows 8 on clearance. I actually prefer 8 over 10 but to each their own. Hope this helps. Extremely slow and frustrating
