I have installed Itunes on my yoga 2 and it works perfect. I think it runs better on this than on my desktop computer. I don't see why it wouldn't run many different programs just as well. Good luck.

You might be able to run them or at least older version of Photoshop. But either way, they will run very slow or just slow.

You can always try an equivalent for Photoshop, I use GIMP. It is ok!

Runs all programs. Just make sure to think about the memory density before downloading a program on this Laptop. Purchase laptops based on the needs. Its an Intel Pentium processor. You could probably watch Netflix, get on Facebook and Download Music at the same time but I don't think a heavy program like Photoshop is recommended. \

The product I added below, if you can get it upgraded with a 7200 RPM HDD or a hybrid SSHD you can run photoshop with more confidence. You will lose out on battery life though. Talk to the guys at BestBuy geek squad for upgrade recommendations. Or move into a little heavier laptop like the ASUS which for sure can have its Hard drive exchanged. You'll need that for information processing and Photoshop does lots of that when adding filters and such..
