“Why doesn't the camera turn on? It only turns on in facial recognition. I've tried the camera privacy settings, uninstalling driver in device manager, lenovo vantage updates, and restarting. Nothing works”

I was able to get it to turn on by going into the windows settings and manually turning on the camera. Then restarting the computer. Make sure you have given permission for camera use for each application.

Since it works for Windows Hello login, the Privacy Shutter most not be enabled.
