• Check your touchpad settings to make sure the touchpad is active. If the touchpad is active and still does not work, there are driver updates that may help. You can follow the link below to Lenovo.com support-drivers and look for touchpad, keyboard driver updates for your specific system. Be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes on your system, then create a new restore point after the issue is fixed.
