• You should be able to download the printer driver from the vendor's website To a USB drive and install it that way.

• You can get an external CD/DVD reader-writer that will plug in to a USB port. If you are trying to install the printer drivers, it is possible to go to the web site of the printer manufacturer and download the drivers for Windows 10 for your printer, directly to the laptop.
