“Please for the love of God tell me this has an SD card reader? I was just about to buy it and thought to check at the last minute. I don't see one in the pics or in the specs. I cannot fathom why it would not have one. Please tell me it has one?”

It does not. Nor does it have a Micro-SD card reader. Our only option is to waste a precious USB slot by using an external card reader... I think Lenovo should have just incorporated it, the thing seems spacious enough. Don't follow Apple's mantra, guys :(

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, this does not have an SD slot. However, you can buy a USB card reader that will accommodate an SD card. They are relatively cheap to purchase. I just purchased this computer and it's awesome!

I didn’t think to check about sad card reader....assumed that computer had a sd card slot. My computer is 2 mths old. I regret buying this computer. The computer is too complicated. Even my son doesn’t like the computer. Too complicated for him. I was planning to look at photos from sd card. To my surprise no sd card slot.

SD card readers are a waste of bus space and resources and full size USB is even going the way of the dinosaur. You are really behind the times wanting anything on your laptop or portable besides a Thunderbolt (USB-C) ports and NFC (near field communication) if you want an SD card reader buy something from 2005 lol
