• All in the eye of the beholder. Not more than you would expect and all you have to do is scroll thru and eliminate what you have no interest in. No big deal, so don't fret it.

• This system ships with Windows 10 Home operating system which has a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office 365. There is also a 30-day trial of McAfee Anti-Virus software. There are Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device.

• It doesn’t matter that there’s a boatload of bloatware because the screen is defective and you won’t be able to use the computer beyond a few months at best anyway.
