It could be a faulty charging cable, a faulty battery, or a bad port on the laptop. I would reach out to Lenovo if replacing the charging cable doesn't allow the device to charge.

Bad charger or battery is an easy replacement, if it's the charging port I would request a new laptop versus a repair for a laptop that is only 2 weeks old.
