The Lenovo Yoga 7i uses an Intel Wi-Fi 6E (AX211) wireless adapter. With a compatible Wi-Fi 6E router, the maximum theoretical wireless speed is up to 2.4 Gbps. What that means in real use: ★ If your router provides 1 Gbps (gigabit) internet, the laptop can fully utilize it over Wi-Fi under good conditions. ★ Typical real-world speeds on a strong Wi-Fi 6/6E network are 700–950 Mbps, depending on signal strength, interference, and router quality. ★ Best performance is achieved on the 5 GHz or 6 GHz band, not 2.4 GHz. So yes, if a gigabit connection is available from the router, this laptop’s wireless hardware is fast enough to handle it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It supports Wifi 6 so if your router supports this bandwidth then it has a theoretical max speed of 9.6 Gbps, In fact Wifi 5 will also support speeds up to 3.5 Gbps, so you should be able to get excellent speeds with this computer either way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This Lenovo can handle/provide 1 gig of speed. Perform a speed test, they are free and usually provided by your Internet provider. You can also go to speedtest.net website, also free. Even if this is your only device connected, you'll never get a gig of speed and if you have a lot of devices on your network you can expect lower numbers. For example, you could get upload and download speeds anywhere between 400-900 mbps and that is normal.
