QuestionHi! I bought the Yoga 900 80MK002CUS model in July and now I have around 4 hours of battery life with a balanced power plan, display at 50% brightness. The fan is also quite loud. Considering how it's advertised, is this normal?

- Answer If the unit was purchased in July of this year, it is not normal. If it was July of last year, the description sounds typical of usage after 1 year. The fan is loud because it is not getting proper ventilation.

QuestionJust bought this laptop. Find that using the mousepad is very problematic - often takes a while and numerous clicking before the arrow appears. What can i do?
